PLANETIERS IS A marketplace. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

At Planetiers we don’t have products, stock, deliveries or packages – what we do is give eco-producers and sellers the opportunity to have an online presence and make their products known to more and more people interested and involved in this message.

Each seller places its products on the platform, manages its store, handles order submissions and solves possible errors or returns.

WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR CONSUMERS?

When you buy from Planetiers, it is important to pay attention to the name of the seller of whose products you’re interested in – it’s always next to the name of the product (underlined in the image below). 

Every time you order products from different sellers at Planetiers, you’re actually making multiple aggregated orders.

This way, you’ll receive at home the order you made at Planetiers in small parcels, depending on the number of different sellers included in your order.
